- Increased production volume 40%;

- Improved their customers' service with orders being filled more accurately and with increased quality;

- Improved the plant and the shipping areas so that they are cleaner and more organized.

Extracted Quote
“Working with the MEP has been great. Any business that has not implemented Lean and 5S should just do it. ... We know that going forward, the projects will be more challenging. But, we now understand and are fully committed to the principle of continuous improvement. We look forward to working with the MEP again in the future.”

---Marc Naylor, President of Valley Glass

Promontory Management Group, Inc.

Six Sigma for Beginners - Get Your Green Belt!

This course is specifically designed for small companies who only need a few Belts and for large companies who have belts that need training and are between waves.

Training format is four days in class, a month working on the projects, another four days in class, and so on, with project coaching sessions between classes.
